Worley secures more work from Cheniere

Australian engineering company Worley has secured more work from Cheniere to provide services for the US firm’s LNG export plants in Louisiana and Texas.

Cheniere’s units awarded four master services agreements to Worley to provide engineering, procurement, construction and management services to the Gulf Coast-based LNG facilities.

Under the deal, Worley said it would provide project delivery services to Cheniere’s Corpus Christi and Sabine Pass facilities.

In addition, the engineering firm will execute the work from its Houston office with support from Worley’s global integrated delivery team in India.

The agreements further build on Worley’s master construction services agreement revealed in August last year for Cheniere’s Corpus Christi site.

The firm did not disclose financial details of the contract.
