Shareholders of Driftwood LNG developer Tellurian approved the proposed merger deal with Australian LNG player Woodside. Tellurian said in a statement on Friday that its stockholders have approved the merger agreement proposal. The agreement was approved during a special meeting of the company’s shareholders.
