US energy giant ExxonMobil has appointed Dan Ammann as head of its upstream business. According to a statement by ExxonMobil, Ammann will succeed Liam Mallon, who will retire as president of ExxonMobil Upstream and vice president of ExxonMobil, effective February 1, 2025.
