Igneo Infrastructure Partners to take ownership interest in Hoegh Evi

Funds managed by Igneo Infrastructure Partners have entered into agreements to acquire a 50 percent ownership stake in Larus Holding, the 100 percent owner of Norwegian FSRU player Hoegh Evi, from funds managed by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.
