Venture Global files for IPO, plans to boost LNG export capacity to 104 mtpa

US LNG exporter Venture Global has filed for an initial public offering. The company also revealed plans to boost its export capacity to 104.4 mtpa via five projects by 2034. According to an SEC filing, Venture Global plans to list its Class A common shares under the symbol “VG” on the New York Stock Exchange…
