A consortium of South Korea’s Doosan Enerbility and Vietnam’s Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2) has signed a principal agreement with Cong Thanh Thermo Electric for the latter’s planned Cong Thanh LNG power plant in Vietnam.
