Snam becomes sole owner of Italian FSRU operator

Italian LNG terminal operator Snam will become the sole owner of OLT Offshore LNG Toscana, the operator of the FSRU Toscana offshore Livorno, after it agreed to purchase the remaining 2.69 percent share in OLT from Golar.
