Six US terminals dispatched the sixteen cargoes during the week October 22-28. The total capacity of LNG vessels carrying these cargoes is 58 Bcf, EIA said citing Marine Traffic shipping data.

This compares to fourteen LNG cargoes with the vessels’ capacity of 51 Bcf in the week before.

Additionally, the Cameron terminal shipped three cargoes while Freeport dispatched two cargoes of the fuel.

Cove Point and Elba Island sent one US LNG cargo each during the observed week.

According to EIA, this marked the highest spot price since March 2019.
