Pakistan seeks bids for two April LNG cargoes

State-owned Pakistan LNG has invited bids for two spot liquefied natural gas cargoes for delivery in April.

The importer is seeking the cargoes on a delivered ex-ship (DES) basis. The potential tender winner would deliver the shipments to Port Qasim, Karachi, home of Pakistan’s two FSRU-based LNG facilities.

Moreover, the tender includes two delivery windows.

The first window is for delivery over April 5-6 while the second is over April 19-20, according to a tender document posted on Pakistan LNG’s website.

The tender closes on January 29 and remains valid until February 12.

To remind, Pakistan recently invited bids for three LNG cargoes for March but it also said that Socar and UAE’s Enoc have submitted the lowest bids for two February shipments.
