Bechtel releases report on Port Arthur LNG incident

US engineering and construction firm Bechtel Corporation has released a report regarding an incident that took place at the Port Arthur LNG construction site in Texas earlier this year. Bechtel has identified seven factors that together contributed to the incident which resulted in three fatalities and two injuries.
