US FSRU player Excelerate Energy is advancing plans to convert its LNG carrier Shenandoah into a floating storage and regasification unit. At the same time, the company’s team was in South Korea to discuss with yards on what a new generation newbuild coold look like, according to CEO Steven Kobos.
