US shale gas producer Expand Energy has signed a new sales and purchase agreement with Delfin Midstream to offtake volumes from the latter’s planned floating LNG export project offshore Louisiana. Expand Energy said the previously announced SPAs with Delfin and Gunvor have been terminated.
