1) Houston-based small-scale LNG player Stabilis Solutions has entered into a time charter deal with Canada’s Seaspan Energy for the latter’s 7,500-cbm LNG bunkering vessel, Seaspan Garibaldi. In addition, Stabilis has an option to buy the LNG bunkering vessel.
2) US energy giant Chevron has signed a five-year liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply deal with Hungarian energy company MVM.
3) MidOcean Energy, the LNG unit of US-based energy investor EIG, has completed its previously announced deal to buy a 20 percent interest in Petronas’ entities in Canada, including a stake in the Shell-led LNG Canada project.
4) Amigo LNG, a joint venture of Singapore-based LNG Alliance and Epcilon LNG, expects to take a final investment decision on its planned LNG export terminal in Mexico in the first quarter of 2026.
