RPGCL said in a tender document on Wednesday that the delivery windows are April 1-2, April 12-13. and April 14-15.
RPGCL issued the tender to the 22 organizations that have signed the MSPA (master sale and purchase agreement) with Petrobangla.
The tender will close on March 16.
Before this tender, RGPCL invited bids on March 5 for two spot LNG cargoes with deliveries during March 25-26 and March 30-31.
According to local media reports this week, Bangladesh has agreed to purchase one LNG cargo from US FSRU player Excelerate Energy.
Under the deal, Petrobangla will reportedly pay $14.30 per MMBtu.
Bangladesh currently imports LNG via two FSRU-based facilities, both of which feature Excelerate Energy’s FSRUs.
The 138,000-cbm FSRU Excellence serves Bangladesh’s first LNG import facility, Moheshkhali Floating LNG or MLNG, operated by Petrobangla.
Excelerate’s 138,000-cbm FSRU Summit LNG serves as the second LNG import facility operated by Summit.
