China’s gas imports drop in October

Glenfarne’s Magnolia LNG has secured a five-year extension from the US FERC to complete construction and place into service its planned liquefaction and export plant in Louisiana.

French energy giant TotalEnergies and its partner Amni have taken the final investment decision for the development of the Ima gas project offshore Nigeria to supply Nigeria LNG’s Bonny Island export plant.

The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has released a draft environmental impact statement for Cheniere’s planned Corpus Christi Liquefaction Stage IV expansion project in Texas. The regulator concluded that construction and operation of the LNG project would result in “some adverse environmental effects; however, effects would be reduced to less-than-significant levels.”
