SK Innovation, the energy unit of South Korean conglomerate SK Group, PetroVietnam Power, a unit of state-owned PetroVietnam, and Vietnamese company NASU have been selected to build the $2.3 billion Quan Lap LNG-to-power project in Vietnam.
