US gas producer Comstock and Azerbaijan’s energy firm Socar entered into a framework agreement memorializing the previously announced strategic partnership and Socar’s $1.65 billion investment in Comstock’s Haynesville shale assets with access to US Gulf Coast LNG facilities.
