Kogas to pay out $204 million to Samsung Heavy over LNG tank design

South Korean LNG importer Kogas is to pay approximately $204 million to compatriot shipbuilder Samsung Heavy Industries for damages caused by design defects of the KC-1 LNG cargo containment system following a court ruling.
