Dynagas LNG board member Levon Dedegian dies

LNG carrier operator Dynagas LNG Partners said that Levon A. Dedegian, an independent member of the company’s board of directors, has passed away on July 30.

Dedegian served on the board since the partnership’s initial public offering in November 2013, according to a statement by Dynagas LNG.

He was the chairman of the conflicts committee and a member of the compensation committee of the company’s board.

“The partnership expresses its greatest appreciation for Mr. Dedegian’s valuable contributions to the partnership and conveys its sincere condolences to his family and friends,” the company said.
