EIG’s MidOcean secures more than $4 billion in equity commitments

MidOcean Energy, the LNG unit of US-based energy investor EIG, has concluded its 2026 equity capital raise, securing more than $4 billion in closed and pending commitments over the last 12 months from new strategic and institutional investors, as well as re-ups from existing investors.
