HAM delivers 100th LNG filling station

Spain’s HAM Group said it has delivered its 100th LNG filling station for trucks as demand for the fuel continues to grow in Europe.

The 100th LNG station is located in Saint Quentin Fallavier, France, HAM said, but it did not provide any additional information.

A recent report by Brussels-based association NGVA Europe said the European network had reached 400 LNG and 4,000 CNG filling stations.

This means that HAM designed, built and commissioned a quarter of operational European LNG filling stations up to date, the Spanish firm said.

These fixed and mobile service stations are located in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK, according to HAM.

Besides building stations for clients, HAM owns more than 80 LNG and CNG service stations spread across Spain but also on the main European land transport routes.
