NOC damaged Russian LNG carrier to be towed to Libya

Russian LNG carrier Arctic Metagaz, which was attacked near Malta’s territorial waters in the Mediterranean Sea earlier this month, will be towed to Libya, according to Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC).
