VTTI, Snam wrap up acquisition of Italy’s Adriatic LNG terminal

Rotterdam-based storage terminal owner VTTI, co-owned by Vitol, IFM, and Adnoc, and Italian energy firm Snam have completed their previously announced acquisition of Italy’s Adriatic LNG terminal.
