Liqal wraps up work on third LNG station for DCB Energy

Dutch small-scale LNG tech firm Liqal said it has completed the third filling station for compatriot DCB Energy.

DCB Energy is one of the biggest independent fuel and lubricant suppliers in the Netherlands with a large network of stations.

The new station offers both LNG and CNG fuel for trucks at the DCB Energy HUB Schiphol. It features an 80-cbm LNG storage tank.

The facility in Schiphol joins a growing network of LNG filling stations throughout the Netherlands but also in Germany.

Worth mentioning here, Liqal recently entered into a partnership with German EPC company Flüssiggas-Anlagen to build truck refuelling stations across the country.

The goal of the partnership is to facilitate the supply of refueling stations but also help boost the transition from diesel to LNG and bio-LNG across Germany.
